Sep 16, 17 Glen Helen Resort lies at the western extremity of the West Macdonnell Ranges. We base ourselves here and visit the many interesting sites in the Ranges – including Ormiston Pound and Gorge, the Ellery Creek Bighole, Glen Helen, Simpsons Gap, Standley Chasm, Mount Sonder, Serpentine Gorge, the Ochre Pits and Redbank Gorge.
