On The Road Again

Oct 27  On the road again, heading south with our main target the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria for the annual Australian Veteran Golfers Championships. Our home on wheels has a couple of additions since our last trip – a ‘Tong Box’ on the back bumper specifically designed for our Honda generator and a couple of water carriers. Both additions are designed to make free camping easier to help save money on the ever increasing caravan park fees.

First overnight stop is at Grafton. It is Siobhan’s birthday and we celebrate at a lovely restaurant on the Clarence River.

  1. Thanks Bob for your recent blogs. Am interested in your “Tong Box”, as we could do with a little bit of extra outside storage on our campervan. Just wondering how it attaches to your caravan. Do you have a step or ledge under it? A close up photo might be helpful, if this could be arranged?

Sue & I have just finished our annual “Christmas” letter. Because it has photos in, it’s a large Microsoft Publisher file (157,000KB). Would you like me to email this to you, as I guess you don’t have a postal address, being itinerants!

    All the best,

    Richard
